Delayed: Sha Po Lang Movie due to Post production

Hi,

Just want to let u know that SPL will not be release in HK or anywhere else anytime this year because we will need months of doing the post production, we will, however, to release the teaser(first short trailer) in the up coming major film festivals, for example AFM, Berlin Film Festival and probably Canne next year. Releasing the film will be after these event probably around April next year.

Set in present day, Sha Po Lang features a story about two cops (Donnie Yen and Simon Yam) and a crime lord (Sammo Hung). Simon Yam is raising a kid, the sole survivor of his family wept out by the crime lord years ago. Donnie Yen is hunting down a hitman (Wu jing, former Chinese wushu champion) and the trail leads him to the crime lord as well.
