Bruce Willis Takes on The Surrogates

Bruce Willis will take on the lead in an upcoming scifi thriller based on a comic book called The Surrogates. According to FilmJunk, The Surrogates is based on the 5-issue comic book mini-series by Robert Venditti and Brett Weldele, which takes place in the year 2054, with a pair of detectives trying to stop a techno-terrorist bent on destroying what are known as “surrogates” — widespread androids that interact for people in the real world, taking on any physical form they want. Michael Ferris and John Brancato (Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, The Net, Catwoman) will write the script.

Its an interesting premise. I know if I had a surrogate robot who it would look like and what naughty things I would do with it... ok now everyone get your minds out of the gutter I meant harmless and family friendly things.. really I did.
