Xmen 3 Production starting June 2005 !

At a Q&A session with Patrick Stewart in Toronto's Metro Toronto Convention Centre, a fan asked about the current status of "Xmen 3".

Patrick Steward said, that the production will start June 2005 in Vancouver BC. Till know, nobody knows which actors will return for their characters.

In August Halle Berry said : "After playing Storm in 'X-Men' and now Catwoman, I think my comic book hero days are probably over.  That's unless I was lucky enough to play Catwoman again. I would love to do that. But other than that, I think I've pretty much done it.".

And there is still a possibilty Sigourney Weaver could play the White Queen, Emma Frost. It all would depend on who officially signs up to direct X-Men 3.

Also there is still no script for the movie  and no director has been announced. Moviehole reported earlier this month, that some insiders in Hollywood said "of course we all know Whedon is directing X-Men".

Reports indicate the producers want to skip ahead and go straight into the Dark Phoenix story. New characters rumored to be in X3 include Gambit, Beast, Angel, Psylocke, Emma Frost, Dazzler, Juggernaut and possibly the Sentinels.
