Edward Norton is The HULK

You won't like Norton when he's angry! Marvel Studios has confirmed in Variety Magazine that the role of Bruce Banner in their sequel "The Incredible Hulk" will be played by none other than Edward Norton!   I'm thinking nobody saw this coming!   Slated for release on June 13, 2008 the fillm will be directed by Louis Leterrier (Unleased, The Transporter 2) and starts shooting this summer in Toronto.  
 

Scripted by Zak Penn, no stranger to Marvel properties having written both Elektra and X-Men 3, this sequel to Ang Lee's "Hulk" will take a less serious tone as it follow Bruce Banner on the run while trying to find a cure for his destructive alter-ego. It's quite a departure for Norton, whose been prone to indie fare recently in such films as "The Painted Veil" and "Down in the Valley".
