Hobbit Movie Progressing

According to our pals at Filmstalker, Newline is moving ahead with the Hobbit movie without Peter Jackson. Yet they do not have a script or any real plan it seems, other then they are moving ahead with it. I hope they tap a gritty young director to do the film.
 
Peter Jackson will no longer be involved with The Hobbit. They are parting ways since New Line apparently has no idea when the law suits over profits will end. New Line and Wing Nut are in some sort of legal dispuate over rights and of course the hundreds of millions in profit. So us fans, will have to wait for The Hobbit.
