Shawn Levy directing Flash

Fresh off word earlier in the week that David Goyer has been removed from the new FLASH project, Empire has broken the news that Shawn Levy is now going to take the helm. Shawn Levy is best known for directing the new comedic hit Night At the Museum which has been dominating the box office the last few weeks. He also directed Cheaper by the Dozen and Pink Panther.
 
Ryan Reynolds was the favorite to play FLASH and frankly I think that was a great choice. Since he was not signed to the project, I wonder who Shawn Levy's first choice would be.
