Well there have been a ton of rumors on who will play Harvey Dent in Batman Begins 2, and we are in luck since a new rumor has started. According to our friends at FilmStalker the latest person who is rumored to play The Harv is Jamie Foxx. Frankly, I think its a great choice. So we will see how much merit there is to this rumor, but at this point, its pretty questionable.
