Watch the New TMNT Trailer

Well I put out the call that a soon as the new trailer for TMNT appears on Youtube somebody should shoot me an email and one of our fantastic readers C-Jay did just that. So those of us who are geographically disabled and not able to watch it can now enjoy the trailer. Check it out.

There isn't much details on the movie. Pretty much all we know is that it is a CGI collaboration between Warner Bros and the Weinstein company.

 

It will likely be a stand-alone film that has no ties to the live-action films from the 90s and possibly not even with the cartoon series. The overall intent is to bring the turtles back for a whole new generation of kiddos (and a few of us older kids as well) and give it a "dark PG" edge. Original creator Peter Laird is supposedly onboard with this one as an advisor, so maybe we'll get something a little closer to what he had originally envisioned for the comic books that Hollywood just didn't take to 20 years ago.
