Head in the Clouds: Sex Scene Controversy

Charlize Theron appears topless in the bath with real-life Irish boyfriend Stuart Townsend and dresses up in a leather S&M outfit during the movi. Theron is also seen in an erotic threesome with on-screen lover Penelope Cruz.

Theron shares a bed with a schoolteacher, played by Townsend, and a Spanish stripper, played by Cruz.  And the film pushes the boundaries, with steamy lesbian scenes as well as oral sex between Theron and Townsend.
