Toby Maguire Done with Spiderman Franchise?

Word is that this will be the last Spiderman movie for Tobey Maguire. I figured he would be under contract and thus have to do at least 1 more film the way all the talk has been for another one, but it seems he is not. Tobey told WENN that he is not on contract to do another and is pretty much done with the franchise. He says he is not sure that another film will make sense, and will only do it if it does.
