Rob Cohen Explains Bruce Lee's Return

Posted by: Goon
A couple weeks back I told you guys about the return of Bruce Lee to the silver screen. At the time we really had no idea of how Rob Cohen was planning to do it in "Rage and Fury". It was speculated that maybe he would use old footage and than digitally enhance it. Well no longer do we need to question because he has come out to Latino Review about how he plans to bring the legend back to film.

"I am creating an entirely photo-realistic Bruce Lee with new, advanced digital technlogy. Digital Domain who did "XXX" and "Stealth" with me are on it big time. We are in the vfx development stage. This will be the first digital actor and I am very excited about the challenge."

I'm not to sure about this. I mean who's next for this "technological" breakthrough? James Dean? Groucho Marx? Where are the boundaries for this kind of enhancement in technology? Well I guess it is comforting to know that on this project the Lee family is on board to protect Bruces integrity. Cohen also went on to say that they own all the rights to Bruces previous film but that all they will be using is his lines.

Keep it here for more because I will be diligently following this story.
