Peter Jackson no longer doing Hobbit

Well it seems that WETA and Peter Jackson will no longer be involved with The Hobbit. They are parting ways since New Line apparently has no idea when the law suits over profits will end. New Line and Wing Nut are in some sort of legal dispuate over rights and of course the hundreds of millions in profit. So us fans, will have to wait for The Hobbit.
