Nathan Fillion Gets LostPosted by: JerricaIf you watched Joss Whedon’s short-lived but brilliant and wholly underappreciated science-fiction masterpiece "Firefly," then you are familiar with Nathan Fillion. He played the noble yet wayward Captain Malcolm Reynolds of the boat he dubbed Serenity. Well, after "Serenity" (the "Firefly" movie) came out to the joy of fans and a mediocre welcome by most general audiences, Fillion has turned to movies such as the horror comedy that hit earlier this year, "Slither," and the upcoming "White Noise 2: The Light." But, soon Fillion is going to have one of his proudest moments in a revisiting of his old stomping ground, television, when he appears on "Lost," which TV Guide sources report will involve Kate in what’s insinuated to be a romantic connection, probably in a flashback. According to Fillion’s spokesman, nothing in the ‘verse could make him happier, stating that the series is his "favorite TV show" and that he’s "over the moon" about snagging a spot in that corner of the black. He will appear on November 8th, and there is no confirmation as of yet whether or not he’ll be on more than just that night’s episode. Regardless, as Captain Mal would say, shiny! |
