DreamLand on DVD December 19th

Sony Pictures Home Entertainment presents the romantic, coming of age story Dreamland, available on DVD December 19. From Jason Matzner (directorial debut), comes the story of a young woman who has spent her life taking care of everyone around her, but ultimately learns how to care for herself. When new neighbors move in, Audrey, played by Agnes Bruckner (The Woods, Peaceful Warrior), finds herself developing feelings for the neighbor’s son Mookie, played by Justin Long (TV’s Ed, Dodgeball and the upcoming Die Hard 3). Audrey (Bruckner) introduces Mookie (Long) to her best friend Calista, portrayed by Kelli Garner (London, The Aviator), and it’s this chain of events that finally pushes Audrey towards fulfilling her own destiny. Also starring John Corbett (TV’s Sex and the City, My Big Fat Greek Wedding) and Gina Gershon (Bound). Dreamland will be available on DVD December 19

In the heart of the New Mexico desert, lies a trailer park named Dreamland which serves as a haven for healers, mourners and passionate romantics. Audrey (Bruckner) resides there with her father who lives in an alcohol-induced haze, reminiscing about his long-departed wife. When she’s not nurturing her father, Audrey is encouraging her best friend, Calista (Garner) who is battling a debilitating disease, yet dreams of becoming a beauty queen. When an attractive young athlete named Mookie (Long) moves in next door, a love triangle ensues, which forces Audrey to choose between pursuing her own desires or staying in Dreamland taking care of everyone else.
