Struggling New Shows Get ShuffledPosted by: JerricaThe first schedule changes of the season are already being made. The first week of October is not even over yet, and a few television series are being moved. The Hollywood Reporter named "Justice" and "Vanished" as specific newbies on shuffle. "Vanished" has been following FOX's lead-out success "Prison Break" on Monday night at 9PM, but "Justice" is being swapped into its timeslot from its Wednesday 9PM slot, which is yet to be announced as filled. "Vanished" is moving to Friday night at 8PM. Both shows will premiere on their new nights and time after the postseason baseball hiatus, "Justice" on October 23rd and "Vanished" on October 27th. Much less fortunate is the NBC series "Kidnapped," as production is being wrapped and shut down after the 13th episode. NBC is committed to airing all the episodes it ordered for the show's first and now only season. Also, SciFiWire seems to have confirmed from SpikeTV that they have officially cancelled "Blade The Series." The network has said that it supported the creativity that went into the project but was disappointed by the low viewership, and so the television adaptation of the "Blade" movies will not be coming back for a second chance. |
