A moonstruck and recently de-institutionalized meat cutter falls under suspicion when a number of young women who live near his shop mysteriously disappear. No bodies are discovered, but a new type of sausage appears on the shelves of his store, becoming the toast of Vienna, and encouraging him to grind up even more and tastier meat.
