Some of Shawnee Smith's many feature film credits include: Saw, Saw II, the upcoming Saw III, A Slipping Down Life, Armageddon, Leaving Las Vegas, Men, Desperate Hours, Who's Harry Crumb, Dogtown, The Low Life, The Blob, Summer School, and Breakfast of Champions. Smith's television credits include regular roles in the series “Becker,” “The Tom Show,” “Arsenio,” and “All Is Forgiven.”

She also appeared in the CBS television movies "Something Borrowed, Something Blue," "I Saw What You Did," "Face Of Evil," as well as "Two Cups Of Joe" and "Crime Of Innocence" for which she won the Youth In Film Award as Best Actress in a television film. She also appeared in the mini-series, “The Stand” and “The Shining.”

There have been numerous theater productions in Los Angeles in which Shawnee has appeared including, "The Hands Of Its Enemy" with Richard Dreyfuss and "To Gillian On Her 37th Birthday" for which she won the Drama Loge Critics Award as Best Actress. Shawnee was born in Orangeburg, South Carolina, studied acting at Los Angeles' Playhouse West and currently resides in Los Angeles.
