SCOTT CAAN  is a triple threat, and one of Hollywood’s most promising stars.  He has starred in numerous major motion pictures, written, directed and starred in a major feature film as well as several plays, both of which have received acclaim from critics and industry peers alike. Appearing in a handful of independent films and major motion pictures, Caan has emerged as one of Hollywood’s most gifted and diverse talents.

The latest development in Scott’s blossoming career came recently when he wrote directed and starred in DALLAS 362.  DALLAS 362 is a story about Rusty (Shawn Hatosy) a young man who starts to pursue a path to a more meaningful life, thanks to his connection to Bob (Jeff Goldblum), the boyfriend of his mother, Mary (Kelly Lynch). Rusty’s new take on life causes friction with his best friend, Dallas (Caan), and both men find their friendship pushed to its breaking point, causing them to make life-changing decisions. Dallas 362 premieres in Los Angeles on May 6^th and is already creating major buzz.

Caan recently rapped the romantic comedy FRIENDS WITH MONEY co-starring Jennifer Aniston. He also co-stars in the upcoming blockbuster INTO THE BLUE starring alongside Paul Walker, Jessica Alba and Ashley Scott.  This Sony production is due out on September 30^th of this year. Caan is widely know for his wisecracking but loveable role as Turk Malloy, in Steven Soderbergh’s OCEAN’S 11 (2001) and OCEAN’S 12 (2004).  The films pack an all-star cast where Caan stars alongside George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, Julia Roberts and his longtime pal Casey Affleck.  Caan starred in AMERICAN OUTLAWS opposite Colin Farrell and co-starred opposite Steve Martin and Helena Bonham Carter in the dark comedy NOVOCAINE.

Caan wrote, starred and co-directed a play in the fall of 2001 at LA’s Playhouse West called Almost Love, a comedy about a guy obsessing over a relationship and the best friend that helps him get over it.  He has also written three feature scripts, the first of which, Chasing the Party, a comedy about trying to crash the ultimate Playboy mansion party, is set up at Jerry Bruckheimer Productions with Caan attached to star. He is also in the process of setting up two additional screenplays – the boxing drama The Fight and the ensemble drama Lowest Common Denominator.

Caan has appeared in over ten feature films over a two year span including the stock market subculture thriller BOILERROOM, the takedown comedy READY TO RUMBLE, the hip hop drama BLACK AND WHITE, as well as GONE IN 60 SECONDS, ENEMY OF THE STATE, VARSITY BLUES, and numerous independent films including BONGWATER, LUNCHTIME SPECIALand Greg Araki’s NOWHERE. Caan currently resides in Los Angeles.
