PAUL SCHNEIDER will also be on screen this fall in "Lars and the Real Girl," opposite Ryan Gosling and Emily Mortimer.

Schneider garnered critical notice for his work in Cameron Crowe's "Elizabethtown" and "The Family Stone," with Diane Keaton and Rachel McAdams. He also starred in and co-wrote the critically acclaimed indie film "All The Real Girls," directed by David Gordon Green. The film was awarded the Special Jury Prize at the 2002 Sundance Film Festival and Schneider was nominated for a Gotham Award for his performance.

He was most recently seen in the romantic comedy "50 Ways to Leave Your Lover" and in the satirical comedy "Crude." His other film credits include "George Washington," written and directed by David Gordon Green, "Security, Colorado" and "The Rough South of Larry Brown."

Schneider will make his feature film directing debut with the comedy "Pretty Bird," to star Paul Giamatti and Billy Crudup, currently in production.
