David Goyer Updates Us on Magneto

We caught up with David Goyer during a junket for his upcoming film The Unborn and he shed a little light on the upcoming X-men prequel, X-Men Origins: Magneto. Turns out the film will live and die depending on how well Wolverine does.

....they’re just waiting to see what happens with Wolverine, it was like sort of – they were deciding whether or not to do that one, Wolverine or Magneto first, and they decided to go with Wolverine, so I decided to do Unborn, and now they still want to make it and they’re hoping Wolverine will be a big hit and that will open the way for Magneto.

Considering how well Wolverine is doing in BUZZ it should go without saying that it very likely will do outstanding and the result will be a Magneto movie.
