Yep my head just kind of exploded. I will admit that Iron Man was not a comic I read as a kid and I do not know all the characters that well outside of the obvious ones like Stark and the Mandarin. So needless to say my head exploded in this new clip from Iron Man 3 where Pepper Potts played by Gwyneth Paltrow don’s the Iron Man suit to deliver her own justice and saves Tony Stark from imminent doom.
I did a bit of reading to better understand the Pepper Pot’s Iron Man suit which is known as the MARK 1616 in the comics. I am not clear on how Pepper will power the suit but according to an online Wiki Pepper gets a chest implant similar to Stark’s from the Rand Corporation which enables her to use the Mark1616 which is otherwise known as the ‘Rescue’ suit.
Yep apparently Pepper Potts is the newest bad ass in the Iron Man movies and I think I like it. You can checkout the clip below. Iron Man is one of my favorite Marvel movies to date and despite the fact that Iron Man 2 severely missed its mark with me I am very excited for Iron Man 3. Gwyneth Paltrow donning the suit to kick some ass as Iron Mistress
Marvel’s “Iron Man 3” pits brash-but-brilliant industrialist Tony Stark/Iron Man against an enemy whose reach knows no bounds. When Stark finds his personal world destroyed at his enemy’s hands, he embarks on a harrowing quest to find those responsible. This journey, at every turn, will test his mettle. With his back against the wall, Stark is left to survive by his own devices, relying on his ingenuity and instincts to protect those closest to him. As he fights his way back, Stark discovers the answer to the question that has secretly haunted him: does the man make the suit or does the suit make the man?
