Pixar Is Already Working on Toy Story 4

I took my son to see Cars 2 this past weekend and let me tell you as bad as that sequel was the word of Toy Story 4 makes it an easier pill to swallow.

Don’t ask me why but Pixars Cars 2 being so bad is easier to handle when you know they are very likely going to make up for it when they give us Toy Story 4.

Most of you at this point are probably saying wait a minute Toy Story 3 was the end but considering that it was a massive cash cow at the box office is it any surprise that rumours have hit the internet that Toy Story 4 is in the works? Normally we dismiss rumors but in this case the word comes from a pretty darn reliable source, Tom Hanks.

Pixar Is Already Working on Toy Story 4

Toy Story 4 is Already in the Pipes, I am excited!

While doing interviews promoting the Larry Crowne movie he told the BBC Show Breakfast news (via Bleeding Cool) that there will be a Toy Story 4. Not only will there be a Toy Story 4 but that it is already in the works.

The high point of Cars 2 was the animated Toy Story short at the start of the film Toy Story : Hawaiian Vacation and as bad as it is to say the highlight of that theatre outing was a short film played before the actual movie at least it gives us something to look forward to.

If you have not gone to see Cars 2 yet the consensus seems to be its great for kids 8-13 but younger or older its probably just as fun to stay home and watch the original, or perhaps just stay home and take a nap. Did you go see Cars 2? Feel free to tell us what you thought.

If your looking for some great Pixar movies to watch I encourage you to read my friend Lukes piece on the Top 10 Pixar Movies. I really can not disagree with any of the films on the list and think that if you owned all of them you would be better off for it.
