Megan Fox is many things esteemed thespian is not one of them. She was as you all should recall recently fired from Transformers 3 after making horrible comments about Michael Bay in the press including such lovely comments as he is ‘hitler on set’ and ‘lacks social skills’.

Considering he is rumoured to have had her wash his car in a bikini on video as part of her casting I guess we can not blame her for not having the nicest things in the world to say. Michael Bay obviously gets the last laugh as one of the most bankable director / products in Hollywood.

Let’s take a quick minute and look at Megan Fox’s acting career so far in the best way possible. Let’s be honest we all talk about Megan Fox, and google her for one primary reason… she is a hot little package with looks to kill and were it not for that I would not be writing about her and she wouldn’t be catching the eye of directors for various dubious roles. Here is her career recapped with photos to make it a little less traumatic.

Jonah Hex

: In Jonah Hex Megan Fox played a sultry prostitute and you guessed it in this role she packed some heat and kicked some ass alongside Josh Brolin. Megan Fox’s role was clearly sold on the premise of little clothes and witty jargon but let’s be honest this movie sucked for alot of reasons and Megan Fox was only a small part of it.

Passion Play:

In Passion Play which I have not seen yet Megan Fox plays I believe a stripper and co-stars with the incredibly talented Mickey Rourke who after a long hiatus from acting is seeing his career in a full revival after starring as the villain Whiplash in Iron Man 2. Whether Passion Play is good or bad the marketing materials from the studio have made a point of demonstrating we will get to see a whole lot of Megan Fox in various naked poses.

Megan Fox as a stripper with Angel wings is definitely unique.

Transformers:

Transformers was Megan Fox’s big break and its a role I actually like her in. I found her witty banter between her character and Shia’s refreshing and fun. Megan Fox might like to bag on Michael Bay in the press but I think Michael bay did a very good job at making her character Mikaela Barnes about much more then eye candy.

They might have replaced Megan Fox in Transformers 3 but she is still the hottest Autobot sidekick

So, technically, she got fired for telling the truth. America needs to fire the media biz in California and New York for lying to us, so there is a related prophetic parallel. She seems a pretty good actress, but her roles have largely been to exploit her fantastically beautiful appearance. She needs more good roles or to start directing herself in movies. At least she isn’t a reported she-male like the runway model they replaced her with in the Transformer movies, who can be quite difficult and discomforting to look at much less understand when he/she is speaking, the thought of him/her being rather disquieting and disheartening without the giant robots. So, I think Megan should hang in there and keep doing smaller good roles, including comedies, and continue accepting all kinds and scope of roles offered to her in all kinds and scope of movies. She’s doing alright so far.
