Resident Evil 5 Movie Updates

Resident Evil 5 Movie UpdatesI am a huge fan of the Resident Evil film franchise even if large portions of the franchise make me want to stab myself in the face with a rake. The first film was pure genius, the second film was the definition of horrible, the third one was passable and the fourth film which was actually shot in proper 3D was quite refreshing and an excellent use of the new medium unlike other drivel like Clash of the Titans and Alice in Wonderland.

We have known for well over a year that Resident Evil 5 was coming and we knew that Milla Jovovich would reprise her role as Alice but now comes word from Sienna Guillory that she to will return and reprise her role as Jill Valentine.

Jill Valentine appeared in the second Resident Evil movie and I mustsay Sienna pulled the role and the sexy getup off perfectly. She frankly upstaged Milla Jovovich’s performance and added a second strong female dynamic to the franchise.

Having her return should be interesting. In case you missed the Jill Valentine Cameo in Resident Evil Afterlife you can checkout the video below. SONY will release the Resident Evil 5 movie into theaters on September 14th 2012 and yes Resident Evil 5 will be in 3D

I like Resident Evil I love everything about it. I want to give a very special thanks to Mila Jovovich for her great work in all parts of this movie. I have all 4 at home, thanks to http://www.torrentoff.com But the news that Mila will be a secondary character in Resident Evil Begins makes me sad, though I still wait for release of the new part!
