Three New TV Spots For Paranormal Activity 2

Coming to theaters this Friday is Paranormal Activity 2, the sequel to last years breakout hit Paranormal Activity. Yahoo! Movies has posted three TV spots for the film to satisfy your fix for Paranormal Activity fix. One of the even has the return of Katie, who you all should remember from the first film. I myself, am trying to keep myself separated from just about anything to do with the film until I get a chance to see it, to maximize my level of enjoyment, so aside from seeing “Katie” as the title from one of the spots I cannot tell you how good or lame the videos are.

Paranormal Activity 2 is the continuation of the first film and apparently follows Katie’s sister, who has set up a series of security cameras to capture on tape what she believes to be a burgler, only to discover that what’s happening is far more frightening that she imagined. It remains to be seen if this sequel can capture the magic of the first film, which I personally loved the first time I watched it. It declined after repeated viewings, but that first viewing will be burned in my memory for a very long time, I am hoping that this one can do the same thing. The film was directed by Tod Williams and produced by the first film’s director Oren Peli.
